PU Foam Swab Ruby Stick Description

T-21 pu swab is a highly specialized cleaning tool designed for professional digital printing, specifically for DTF (Direct-to-Film)

and DTG (Direct-to-Garment) printers. The 8mm pu foam swab is big and with high absorbency. It could absorbe and remove

the ink quickly. The pu foam swab is with rigid pp stick. It could provide strong support when cleaning the printer. The pu swab

is slanted. It is designed to clean the uneven surface of the printer

Function

Printheads (Most Critical Use): The tiny nozzles on the printhead can get clogged with dried ink or debris. The soft, lint-free PU

foam tip, soaked in a recommended cleaning fluid, is used to gently wipe the bottom surface of the printhead (the "faceplate")

without touching the nozzles directly. The rigid ruby stick provides excellent control for this delicate operation.

Capping Stations: This is the unit that seals the printheads when not in use to keep them moist. Ink and residue can build up

inside the cap. The T-21 shape is ideal for swabbing out the capping station to ensure a proper seal.

Wiper Blades: The printer has blades that wipe the printheads clean. These blades themselves need to be cleaned occasionally

to remove accumulated ink.

Other Precision Parts: Anywhere in the printer's carriage area that requires a lint-free, non-scratching clean.
