The open-cell foam head is of high level of cleanliness and excellent solvent resistant and is the ideal swab to use effectively in eliminating contamination on surfaces and cleaning small slotted and grooved areas.
Foam tip swab is free from organic contaminants such as silicone, amide or phthalate esters. It iswith very low nonvolatile residue (NVR), ion content and particle generation. It is excellent for general purpose cleaning.
Application Fields:
For cleaning delicate sensitive surface and pick up more sub- micronic particles than normal polyester swabs. Cleaning with solvents such as IPA. Cleaning small and confined areas. Applying lubricants or other liquids. Remove flux residues and excess materials. For general purpose cleaning.
